Sushi Information

Because of the way it is prepared, sushi fish needs to be of the freshest, highest quality.
Additionally, since the product is used raw, strict hygiene standards must be followed during
transport and storage. At Maxifoods, we collaborate with some of Europe’s finest suppliers to
import packages of mixed sushi fish that are carefully handled to ensure ultimate health and
safety but also flavor. Our collection includes rolls of salmon, tuna, crab, smoked tuna, duck,
smoked trout, prawns, vegetables and a number of variations of sushi. In terms of fish, we offer
salmon caviar, urchin eggs, unagi, tuna, Hamachi, sushi epi prawns, butterfly prawns, and surimi crabsticks.
